What basically happens inside these units is a build up or crystallization of the

individual cell plates which eventually causes a loss in there usable life span?, you may

have heard this condition referred to as "memory effect", and it is particularly prevalent

with the older type (NiCad) cells.

It is however possible to extend the life of your battery packs with a special reconditioning

process that we have developed at Preston Electronics.

Now obviously some cells are beyond rejuvenation (especially those left unused in storage

for several years?, they can dry out), but in many cases life can be restored to your old batteries

by our pulse charging process which can remove the build up of crystallization on the battery

plates themselves to restore their function!.
